Who we are

Arc Modular designs and builds modular homes and building systems in Australia. You can reach us at sales@arcmodular.com.au or on 0436 010 155. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

We only collect what you type in. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number, the general location of your project, anything you write in the message field, and a summary of the configuration you built in the tool. If you complete the optional site questionnaire, your answers come through with it.

When you book a call or a meeting we receive your name, email address, phone number, the kind of appointment you want and your preferred time.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents, or any sensitive information. Please do not send them through the forms on this site.

What stays in your browser

As you move through the configurator, the site saves your progress in your own browser so you do not lose your work between pages. The same applies to the site questionnaire and to any conversation you have with the Ask Arc assistant. None of that reaches us unless you choose to submit an enquiry. Clearing your browser storage deletes it.

Forms and delivery

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. They handle the message in transit so it can reach us. Once it arrives it sits in our email and in our records of your enquiry.

Advertising and measurement

This site uses the Google Ads tag. It tells us, in aggregate, which ads lead to enquiries, and it allows Google to show Arc Modular ads to people who have visited the site. Google may set cookies in your browser to do this. We do not see who you are through the tag; we see counts, not names. You can read how Google handles this in the Google privacy policy and change what you see through Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies or using an ad blocker stops the tag without affecting the rest of the site.

Hosting and logs

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which normally include the IP address making the request, the time, and the page served. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use your information

To reply to you, prepare pricing and answer your questions, and to follow up on a project you have asked us about. That is it. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

If you have enquired with us, we may contact you about your project. Ask us to stop and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while your project is live and for as long afterwards as we need them for business and tax records. If your enquiry goes nowhere, you can ask us to delete it.

What you can ask for

Email sales@arcmodular.com.au and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not charge you for asking.

If you are not happy

Tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If you are still not satisfied, you can take a privacy complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
